Fruits of three local patisson cultivars (‘Disco’, ‘Gagat’ and ‘Polo F1’) were picked in two size classifications (dessert-fruits with diameter 3.5-6.0 cm and salad-fruits - 6.5-12.0 cm) and stored for a two-week period at a temperature of 5-8°C and relative humidity of 90-95%. Among the tested cultivars the highest amount of dry matter was obtained for ‘Disco’, while total chlorophyll, chlorophyll ‘a’ and ‘b’ was from ‘Gagat’. It was found that the dessert-fruits of patisson cultivars tested in this experiment had a higher nutritive value than salad-fruits. In the two-week storage period the amount of dry matter, vitamin C and total acidity in dessert-fruits of patisson significantly increased. After two weeks of storage a decrease in analysed components was observed in the salad-fruits with the exception of total and reducing sugars.
