Insoluble solids in green peas as an indicator of technological maturity. II. Verification of the methods

Three methods, as an indicator of technological maturity of green peas have been proposed: gravimetric, volumetric and based upon the correlation between AIS (alcohol insoluble solids) and density of deaerated pea seeds.
